Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, General Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at Insol House, 39 Station Road, Lutterworth, Leicestershire LE17 4AP, on the 13 November 2008, at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purposes provided for in the said section.

Proxies for use at the Meetings should be lodged at the Company’s registered office, as above, not later than 12.00 noon on 12 November 2008.
