At a General Meeting of the above named Company convened and held at 1201 Finchley Road, London, NW11 0AA on 22 September 2008 at 2.30 pm the following Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Philip Simons, of Langley Group LLP, Langley House, Park Road, London, N2 8EX, be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.”
