Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final General Meeting of the above Company and a Final Meeting of the Creditors will be held at Smith & Williamson Limited, No 1 Bishops Wharf, Walnut Tree Close, Guildford GU1 4RA, on 6 November 2008, at 10.30 am and 10.45 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them, and to receive the Joint Liquidators’ report, showing how the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators.

Any Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above Meetings is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote in their place. Such proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the Meetings may be lodged with the Joint Liquidators no later than 12.00 noon on the busness day preceding the Meetings and must be signed.
