Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named Company will be held at Valentine & Co, 4 Dancastle Court, 14 Arcadia Avenue, London, N3 2HS on Wednesday, 15 October 2008, at 11.30 am, followed by a Meeting of Creditors at 11.45 am for the purposes of receiving the Liquidator’s Report on the Winding Up and to determine whether the Liquidator should be released and the liquidator’s remuneration. In accordance with Rule 4.186(b) and Rule 11.7(b) of the Insolvency Rules I confirm that no dividend will be made in relation to the liquidation of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the liquidator at the above address no later than 12 noon on the preceding working day.
