“That the Company be wound up voluntarily.”

As Ordinary Resolutions

“That Jeffrey Mark Brenner and Filippa Connor, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of B & C Associates, Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London NW7 3SA are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”

“That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
