Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 22 May 2008, Christopher James Elliott withdrew as a Limited Partner in Barclays Integrated Infrastructure Fund Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP12910, and transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to BIIF Management, L.P., a Limited Partnership registered in Scotland of 50 Lothian Road, Edinburgh, Scotland.
