NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL ROAD WORKS

Three months advance notice is hereby given that Wandsworth Borough Council intends to carry out Carriageway Resurfacing Works.

The streets and roads listed below are those in which the Carriageway Resurfacing works will take place. They will be closed to through traffic during the works along with all side road headways.

Works are expected to commence on 16th August 2008.

Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations made under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 36 months from completion of the works described above without the consent of the said Highway Authority, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
