Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that at 11.59 pm on 31 December 2007 NM Pensions Limited (formerly GE Pensions Limited) transferred to Windsor Life Assurance Company Limited all of the interest held by it in the Close Brothers Private Equity (UK) Fund VI, a limited partnership registered in England with No LP007180 and that with effect from such date NM Pensions Limited (formerly GE Pensions Limited) ceased to be a limited partner and Windsor Life Assurance Company Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership.
