Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Taylor Rowlands, 8 High Street, Yarm, Stockton on Tees TS15 9AE, on Wednesday 7 May 2008, at 2.00 pm, for the purpose of having an account laid before them to receive the report of the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and its property disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.
