Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of the above named company will be held at the offices of Vantis Business Recovery Services, 67 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex, RM11 2JX on 4 June 2008 at 10.00 am for the purpose of showing how the winding-up has been conducted, the property of the company disposed of and to hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator. A proxy to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator at 43-45 Butts Green Road, Hornchurch, Essex, RM11 2JX no later than 12 noon on the preceding business day.
