Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 7 March 2008 DnB NOR Private Equity I ASA transferred 54.17% of the interest held by it in Apax Europe VII-B, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with No LP11815 and that with effect from 7 March 2008, to the extent legally possible Vital Forsikring ASA. became a limited partner in the Partnership and DnB NOR Private Equity I ASA capital contribution was reduced by 54.17%.
