THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (PARKING PLACES, ZONE “G”) (AMENDMENT NO. 1) ORDER 2008

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, on 20th February 2008 made the above mentioned Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Hammersmith and Fulham (Parking Places, Zone “G”) (Amendment No. 1) Order 2008, which will come into operation on the 25th February 2008, will be as described in the notice of proposal as published in the London Gazette and the Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush Gazette on the 25th January 2008.

3. For a period of 6 weeks from the day on which the Order was made, a copy of the Order and other relevant documents can be inspected during normal office hours at the Network Management Team, Highways and Engineering, Environment Department, Town Hall Extension, King Street, London W6 9JU.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder, may, within 6 weeks of the Order being made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
