Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held consecutively at the offices of Clarke Bell Chartered Accountants, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester, M3 2HW on 18 February 2008 at 2 pm and 2.15 pm, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the company’s property has been disposed of, determining whether the Liquidator should receive his release; and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member/creditor entitled to and wishing to vote must return their proxy on the business day immediately preceding the meeting date.
