At a general meeting of the Company held on 5 December 2007 at 11.00 am at 85-87 High Street, Glossop SK13 8AZ the following resolutions were duly passed; No 1 as a special resolution and No 2 as an ordinary resolution:-

1. “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That Mustafa Hassanali Abdulali be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of the voluntary winding up of the company”.

At a meeting of creditors held on the same day 5 December 2007 the creditors appointed M. H. Abdulali of Moore Stephens as liquidator.
