Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at Haines Watts BRI Limited, York House, York Street, Manchester M2 3BB, on 22 November 2007, at 10.30 am, for the purpose of considering and if though fit passing the following Resolutions as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Thomas Dixon, of Haines Watts, 4th Floor, York House, York Street, Manchester M2 3BB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding-up.”
