NOTICE OF CANCELLATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE ACT

Notice is hereby given that the Authority has pursuant to the above mentioned section this day cancelled the registration of Empire Co-op Limited (Register No 28200 R), the registered office of which is at Ground & First Floor, Conway House, 12 Little Lever Street, Manchester M1 1HR at its request.

The Society ceases to enjoy the privileges of a registered society, but without prejudice to any liability incurred by the Society, which may be enforced against it as if such cancellation had not taken place.
