At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 7 Wilmerhatch Lane, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7EQ on 2 November 2007, the following special resolution was duly passed.

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew John Whelan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Marks Bloom, 60/62 Old London Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT2 6QZ, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator”.
