“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily, and that Tyrone Shaun Courtman and Evelyn Gabrielle Exley, both of Cooper Parry LLP, 3 Centro Place, Pride Park, Derby DE24 8RF, be and are hereby appointed liquidators (the ‘Liquidators’) for the purposes of such winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done may be done by any one or more persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
