Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Mazars LLP, Sovereign Court, Witan Gate, Milton Keynes MK9 2HP, on 29 October 2007, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having laid before them an account of the winding-up, showing how it has been conducted and how the Company’s property has been disposed of, and to hear any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
