THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL SPEED LIMIT REVIEW (VARIOUS ROADS, VARIOUS PARISHES IN AREA 12: PHASE 1 ) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 200
Notice is hereby given that Buckinghamshire County Council (pursuant to arrangements made with Bedfordshire County Council in respect of the lengths of road affected within the County of Bedfordshire) proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order will be to impose a 50 miles per hour speed restriction on the lengths of road specified in the Schedule below.
A copy of the Order and maps showing the lengths of road referred to, together with the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at County Hall, Aylesbury and during normal opening hours at the following libraries: —
Wing Library, Village Hall, Leighton Road, Wing.
Aylesbury Study Centre, County Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury.
Leighton Buzzard Library, Lake Street, Leighton Buzzard.
Objections to or support for the proposals together with the grounds on which they are made must be sent in writing to the undersigned by 26 September 2007, marked for the attention of Laura Witney, Legal Assistant, Legal and Democratic Services, County Hall, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP20 1UA.
Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 this Council is obliged to make any representations received in response to this notice, open to public inspection.
