Notice is hereby given, that Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company have been summoned by the Joint Liquidators under section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The Meetings will be held at the offices of Moore Stephens LLP, 1-2 Little King Street, Bristol BS1 4HW, on 10 September 2007, at 11.45 am and 12.00 noon respectively, for the purposes of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the said Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining whether the Liquidator should have his release under section 173 of the Insolvency Act 1986.
