THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (PARKING PLACES) (NO. 56) ORDER 2007
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 8th August 2007 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to convert a 4.5 metre section of residents’ parking outside North Gate, Prince Albert Road to create a ‘white badge’ disabled driver’s personal parking place 5.5 metres in length.
3. The Orders, which will come into force on 13th August 2007, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive at West One, 59 Buckingham Gate, London SW1E 6AJ, until 19th September 2007.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
