APPLICATION FOR INSET APPOINTMENT AS WATER UNDERTAKER FOR WYNYARD BUSINESS PARK, NEAR WOLVISTON, STOCKTON ON TEES

Anglian Water Services Limited of Anglian House, Ambury Road, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire PE29 3NZ hereby give notice, pursuant to section 8(2)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991, as amended, that it has applied to the Water Services Regulation Authority to be appointed as the Water Undertaker for the area described above, which is currently part of the appointed area of Northumbrian Water Limited. Maps showing the area covered by the application may be inspected at the Company’s registered office, set out above, during normal business hours.

Northumbrian Water Limited has given its consent to the variation of its Instrument of Appointment as a Water Undertaker in accordance with section 7(4)(a) of the Water Industry Act 1991, as amended.
