Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of the Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held on Thursday 23 August 2007, at the offices of Sale Smith and Co Limited, Carmella House, 3 & 4 Grove Terrace, Walsall, West Midlands at 11.00 am and 11.30 am respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account of the Liquidator’s acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up for the period of her administration from 9 June 2006 to 23 August 2007, and of hearing any explanation which may be given by the Liquidator. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at either of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the company. Proxies for both Meetings must be lodged at the above address no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 22 August 2007.
