Individual Voluntary Arrangements

The reason for the Order is Mr Atkins desire to widen his range of expertise beyond Individual Voluntary Arrangements and develop a separate insolvency practice.

Any Creditor in respect of the cases set out in the Schedule below has liberty to apply for a review of the Order within 28 days of notification of this Order.
