NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF PROPOSALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF A LOCAL PLAN
WANSBECK DISTRICT LOCAL PLAN
On 3rd July 2007, Wansbeck District Council adopted the replacement Wansbeck District Local Plan. The plan will form part of the development plan for Wansbeck and will form the basis for decisions on land use planning in the District.
Copies of the adopted plan are available for inspection on Mondays to Thursdays 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Fridays 9.00 am to 4.30 pm at the following offices:

Copies of the plan can be obtained on request and on payment of a reasonable charge.
The plan came into operation on its adoption. Any person aggrieved by the document who desires to question its validity on the ground that it is not within the appropriate power or a procedural requirement has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from 12th July 2007, make an application to the High Court under section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
