NEW ROADS AND STREET WORKS ACT 1991, SECTION 58

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL WORKS FOR ROAD PURPOSES

1. Three months’ advance notice is hereby given that Transport for London intends to carry out substantial works for road purposes.

2. The road in which these works will take place is the A503 Camden Road, between Sandal Road and Royal College Street in the London Borough of Camden.

3. TfL ref SPST-TO-S58/2007/021.

4. Work is expected to affect the carriageway and the footway.

5. Work is expected to commence on 3 September 2007.

6. Work is expected to be completed on 21 December 2007.

7. The works will include the following: Partial full depth reconstruction, complete carriageway resurfacing and reconstruction of the footway.

8. Subject to the exemptions in the Act and Regulations under it, no street works may be executed for a period of 12 months from completion of the works described in paragraph 7 without consent of Transport for London, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
