Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 25 April 2007 QS Strategic GP’s Ltd transferred to Quilvest-Madeira-Comércio Internacional E Servicos, Unipessoal all of the interest held by it in MCH Iberian Capital Fund II, L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 9531 and that with effect from 25 April 2007 QS Strategic GP’s Ltd ceased to be a Limited Partner and Quilvest-Madeira-Comércio Internacional E Servicos, Unipessoal became a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
