CHANGE IN THE MEMBERS OF A PARTNERSHIP
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act
1907, on 13 March 2007, 3i Group plc transferred to 3i Infrastructure Limited £140
of its interest in 3i Osprey LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England with
number LP11865 (the “Partnership”), and that 3i Infrastructure Limited thereupon became
a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
3i Investments plc, for and on behalf of 3i Osprey LP in its capacity as Manager of
the Partnership.
