Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, with effect from 5 February 2007, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Limited transferred 33.33% of the interest held by it in Candover 2005 Fund UK No. 2 Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP010584, to State Street Custodial Services (Ireland) Limited (the “New Limited Partner”) and that with effect from 5 February 2007, the New Limited Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner.
