NOTICE OF MAKING OF SECTION 247 ORDER

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990, SECTION 247

GREATER LONDON AUTHORITY ACT 1999

The London Borough of Islington hereby gives notice that on 26 January 2007, it made an Order under section 247 of the above Act as amended by section 270 and Schedule 22 of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 to authorise the stopping-up/permanent closure of part of the Highway known as an area of the highway adjacent to 465-467 Holloway Road, London N7. The Stopping-Up Order has been made in order to enable the development described in the Schedule to this notice to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted to Neil Squires by the London Borough of Islington on 23 January 2006, under LBI Ref P052573. Copies of the Order and relevant plan may be inspected at all reasonable hours during 28 days commencing on 1 February 2007 at the offices of the Director of Law and Public Services, Town Hall Upper Street, London N1 2UD, and may be obtained, free of charge, from London Borough of Islington (quoting Ref LE/C/HGF at the address stated below, during normal office hours.
