Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final General Meeting of Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the office of Robson Laidler LLP, Fernwood House, Fernwood Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 1TJ, on 28 February 2007, at 10.00 am, for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and how the property of the Company has been disposed of, hearing any further explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and to determine whether the Liquidator shall be granted his release under section 174 of the Insolvency Act 1986. A Creditor entitled to attend and vote at the Meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Creditor of the Company.
