(Company Number 2600110) Pursuant to section 175 of the Companies Act 1985, Sierraville Limited (Company) hereby gives notice that: 1. The Company approved, by written Resolution of the Company passed on 4 July 2006, pursuant to section 173 of the Companies Act 1985, a payment out of capital for the purpose of acquiring 60,001 of its own Ordinary Shares of £1 each by purchase. 2. The amount of the permissible capital payments for the Shares in question is £312,562.75. 3. The statutory declaration of the Directors and the auditors’ report required by section 173 of the Companies Act 1985, are available for inspection at The Rowton Castle Hotel, Halfway House, Shrewsbury, Shropshire. 4. Any Creditor of the Company may at any time within 5 weeks immediately following the date of the aforementioned written Resolution apply to the Court under section 176 of the Companies Act 1985 for an Order prohibiting the payment.
