Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 7 June 2006, Natexis Private Equity International S.A. (a General Partner) transferred to Mercosul Management Company Limited (a General Partner), part of the interest held by it in Natexis Mercosul Fund L.P. (the “Partnership”), a Limited Partnership registered in England with number LP 8064 and Mercosul Management Company Limited (a General Partner) transferred to each of Hyperedge Consultores e Servicios, LDA and Facetime Consultores e Servicios, LDA part of the interest held by it in the Partnership and that with effect from 7 June 2006, Hyperedge Consultores e Servic"ios, LDA and Facetime Consultores e Servic"ios, LDA became Limited Partners in the Partnership.
