AVOCET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED

Notice is hereby given that a Final General Meeting of the Members of Avocet International Limited will be held at the offices of Fanshawe Lofts, 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW on 5 July 2006, at 12.00 noon to be followed at 12.30 pm on the same day be a Meeting of the Creditors of the Company. The Meetings are called pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, for the purpose of enabling the Liquidator to present an account showing the manner in which the winding-up of the Company has been conducted and to give any explanation that the Liquidator may consider necessary. A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor. Proxies to be used at the Meetings should be lodged at 41 Castle Way, Southampton SO14 2BW, no later than 12.00 noon on 4 June 2006. A R Fanshawe, Liquidator 1 June 2006.
