At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at East Philham Cottage, Hartland, Bideford, Devon EX39 6DL, on the 16 May 2006, the following Resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Tony James Thompson, of Piper Thompson, Mulberry House, 53 Church Street, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8DJ, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator.” J W Milton, Chairman
