Lease: A lease dated 24 February 1983 and made between The Beaumont Property Trust Limited (1) and Neville Cartwright and Sally Cartwright (2). Property: The property situated at Unit 5, West Heath Shopping Centre, Sandbach Road, Congleton, being the land comprised in and demised by the above-mentioned title and lease.
