THE CAMDEN (PARKING PLACES) (CA-F) (AMENDMENT NO 25) TRAFFIC ORDER 2006

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Camden on 3 May 2006 made the above-mentioned Orders, as modified, under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Local Government Act 1985, and the Road Traffic Act 1991, the details as amended and previously published in The London Gazette on 7 April 2006. The general nature and effect of the Orders will be: (i) to remove the existing double yellow line and introduce an additional resident’s parking place, 55 metres in length, outside Donnington Court, Castlehaven Road. (ii) to convert an existing pay and display parking place to include resident/shared-use, between 7-19 Greenland Road. (iii) to extend some resident parking places in Gloucester Crescent and Inverness Street to provide additional spaces. (iv) to re-schedule two existing pay and display bays in Parkway to update their location. (v) to relocate the residents parking place in Dalby Street to the west side, introduce three disabled persons parking places and re-designate the double yellow line to the east side. (vi) to designate two “ambulance” only bays in Grafton Way and Tottenham Court Road. (vii) to relocate one resident parking space from the north-east side outside No 54 to the south-west side outside No 39 in Hawley Road. (viii) to introduce a new free motorcycle parking place in Mornington Terrace, opposite the northern kerbline of Mornington Place. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 15 May 2006, together with details/plans showing the location, may be inspected during normal office hours on Monday to Fridays inclusive at the Culture and Environment Reception, Fifth Floor, Camden Town Hall, Argyle Street, London WC1H 8EQ. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the making of the Order, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
