A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 2nd Floor, Whitefriars House, 6 Carmelite Street, London EC4Y 0BS, presented on 29 March 2006 by Dadourian Group International Inc, of 415 Madison Avenue, New York NY 10017, USA, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 2LL, on 10 May 2006, at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
