Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meetings of Members and Creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 1 Snow Hill, London EC1A 2DH, on 26 May 2006, at 11.00 am and 11.15 am respectively. The purpose of these Meetings is to receive an account of the Liquidators’ acts and dealings and of the conduct of the winding-up for the period of the administration. A Member or Creditor entitled to vote at the respective Meetings may appoint another person to vote in his or her place. Proxies for use at the Meetings must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12.00 noon on the business day preceding the Meetings. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
