HAYDON STREET—PROPOSED DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAYS
SALISBURY COURT—REMOVAL AND RELOCATION OF DISABLED PERSONS PARKING BAYS AND MOTOR CYCLE BAY

1. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of London on 31 March 2006 made Orders under sections 6 and 45 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. 2. The effect of the Orders will be to: (a) designate a disabled persons parking place consisting of two bays on the south-east side of Haydon Street. The parking place will be free of charge and available at any time for City “Red Badge” holders. On Mondays to Fridays inclusive other badge holders will be limited to a 3 hour maximum stay with return to the parking place prohibited for 1 hour. (b) remove the disabled persons parking bays and motor cycle bay in Salisbury Court and relocate the disabled persons bays in Dorset Rise and Whitefriars Street and the motor cycle bay in Tudor Street. 3. A copy of each of the Orders, which will come into operation on 10 April 2006, and of a plan showing the affected streets can be inspected during normal office hours, on Mondays to Fridays until the end of 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made in the Department of Planning and Transportation, Guildhall, London EC2P 2EJ. 4. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from the Department of Planning and Transportation at the above address or by telephone on 0207 3321108. 5. Any person desiring to question the validity of any of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant section of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant requirements thereof, or of any relevant regulations made thereunder, has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
