Property: The property situated at Land at Dyhewydd Farm, Llantwit Fardre, Pontypridd except excluding and reserving the part delineated and coloured (black) on a plan held by the Treasury Solicitor under Ref BV2022257/3/IS which is available for inspection at the office of the Treasury Solicitor being part of the land comprised in the above-mentioned Title.
