TRANSFER OF A PARTNERSHIP INTEREST

Notice is hereby given that on 17 March 2006, Railway Pension Investments Limited transferred the whole of its interest in The St Ann’s Shopping Centre Limited Partnership (LP011151) to Mourant & Co Trustees Limited, in its capacity as Trustee of St Ann’s Shopping Centre Unit Trust, and therefore ceased to be a Partner in The St Ann’s Shopping Centre Limited Partnership. Principal place of business of the Partnership—6th Floor, Broad Street House, 55 Old Broad Street, London EC2M 1LJ.
