APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT TO OPERATE AN INSTALLATION

Hashimoto Ltd has applied for a permit from South Tyneside Council to operate an installation for A2 Surface Treatment using organic solvent at Unit 5, Didcot Way, Boldon Business Park, Boldon, Tyne and Wear NE35 9PD.
The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation to the environment.
The application has been placed on the public register held at the offices of the Environmental Health Services, Level 3, Town Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE33 2RL. The application can be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours.
Any written comments on the application should be made to the Executive Director, Neighbourhood Services, South Tyneside Council, Environmental Protection, Neighbourhood Services, Level 3, Town Hall and Civic Offices, Westoe Road, South Shields, Tyne and Wear NE33 2RL within 28 days of the date of this advertisement.
Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request, the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
