At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Queen Square House, Bath, on Thursday 22 December 2005, the subjoined Special Resolution was duly passed: “That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that M D Hardy, of Poppleton & Appleby, 35 Ludgate Hill, Birmingham B3 1EH, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.” C A Wetton, Chairman
