LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 12 December 2005, Ewald Enterprises, Inc. transferred to Hireminds Consultores e Servicos, LDA all of the interest held by it in Suala Capital Fund L.P. (the “Partnership”) a Limited Partnership registered in England with No LP7100 and that with effect from 12 December 2005, Ewald Enterprises Inc. ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership. Notice is further given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, on 12 December 2005, Global Tech, S.A. transferred to Hireminds Consultores e Servic"os, LDA all of the interest held by it in the Partnership and that with effect from 12 December 2005, Global Tech, S.A. ceased to be a Limited Partner in the Partnership.
