Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a Final Meeting of Members of the above Companies is to be held at the offices of Clarke Bell Chartered Accountants, Parsonage Chambers, 3 The Parsonage, Manchester M3 2HW, on 23 November 2005, at 11.00 am, 12.00 noon and 1.00 pm respectively and the subsequent Meeting of Creditors on 23 November 2005, at 11.30 am, 12.30 pm and 1.30 pm respectively, for the purposes of having laid before them an account showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the relevant Company’s property disposed of; and hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator. A Creditor or Contributory entitled to attend and vote at any of the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company.
