(t/a The Hope & Anchor) At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP, on 6 October 2005, the following Resolutions were passed as an Extraordinary Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively: “That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this Meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Roderick Graham Butcher, 79 Caroline Street, Birmingham B3 1UP, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up.” At a Meeting of Creditors held on 6 October 2005, the Creditors confirmed the appointment of Roderick Graham Butcher, as Liquidator and that anything required or authoriseed to be done by the Liquidator be done by him.
