In the High Court of Justice  No 4944 of 2005 CRADLECRAFT ENGINEERING LIMITED(Company No 1728496) Notice is hereby given by Carl Stuart Jackson and Nigel Ian Fox, both of Tenon Recovery, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3TZ, that a Meeting of Creditors of Cradlecraft Engineering Limited, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO53 3TZ, is to be held at Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh SO53 3TZ, on 10 October 2005, at 3.30 pm. The Meeting is an initial Creditors’ Meeting under paragraph 50 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Schedule”). I invite you to attend the above Meeting. A proxy form is available which should be completed and returned to me by the date of the Meeting if you cannot attend and wish to be represented.
