THE BARNET (NORTH FINCHLEY) (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES) (NO 1) (AMENDMENT NO 2) TRAFFIC ORDER 2005
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet have made on 22 September 2005 an Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The Orders will have the following effect: 1. To provide parking places for vehicles displaying a valid Blue Disabled Badge at the locations detailed in Schedule 1, 2 and 3 to this notice and to revoke the disabled parking places specified in Schedule 4 to this notice. 2. To reduce the length of the resident parking place outside Nos 29 and 31 Castle Road, London N12 in order to provide a disabled parking place outside No 31 Castle Road, London N12. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on Monday 26 September 2005, a plan of the relevant area and the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order can be inspected between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Mondays to Fridays (Bank Holidays excepted) for a period of 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is published at: (a) Parking Design Team, Building 4, North London Business Park, Oakleigh Road South, London, N11 1NP. (b) The Information Centre, The Town Hall, The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
